Schmidt CSG-QUACK Editorial Review
Schmidt | Quacks Of Quedlinburg | Board Game offers a thrilling potion-making challenge where players draw ingredient chips from a bag to create their own unique brews, competing to see who can score the highest without their pot exploding. Each of the game's nine rounds involves strategic choices and a bit of luck, as players must carefully decide when to stop pulling chips. The integration of various recipe cards enhances replayability, allowing for endless combinations of effects and strategies. While the game may initially seem complex, players find it easy to learn and accessible, making it enjoyable for both new and experienced gamers alike. A minor drawback is that it can accommodate only four players without expansions, but the game is quick to set up and full of excitement on every turn.
