Answer: Very stucky may leave residue. Your foot will slip if wearing tights. Suggest insoles which you can get just for toe end or get a heal insert. I have a spare pair from my pack if you want to try rather than buy. -

Answer: They are sticky enough for wellies but they are great for a 0.5 size reduction. It really depends on the issue you are willing to solve. -

Will these cause my stockings to ladder?
Answer: No, they don't stick except to the shoe. Have a few pairs of these and very satisfied. Would recommend. -

Do these work with a pair of tights on?
Answer: I wore them with a pair of thick tights and they seemed to work for a short time. Once my feet warmed up the adhesive softened and the inserts began moving leaving a sticky/gummy residue which was uncomfortable. -
