  • Question: How do I open the bottle?

    Answer: Underneath the push down top, there is a cap lock. Pull this off and then turn the push top to the locked or open position to use it.
  • Question: I can't push down the pump. What should I do?

    Answer: Make sure you turn the leed in the right direction. It may take a few strokes for the lube to come out. If it still doesn't work, unscrew the straw a little so that it doesn't touch the bottom and try again.
