- ENHANCED BAKING TECHNOLOGY: The DTF oven incorporates an upgraded fume purification system, delivering exceptional DTF curing results. This curing oven combines durability with precise temperature control, accelerating the drying process of PET film while ensuring vibrant, saturated colour output. By reducing curing time without compromising quality, its design perfectly complements fast-paced workflows.
- High Efficiency & Energy Savings: The curing oven ensures uniform and rapid heating of powder on the film, while the semi-automatic cleaning function further enhances customised production efficiency.
- HOW TO USE: Step 1: Print the design pattern onto a film Step 2: Evenly sprinkle the hot-melt powder and shake thoroughly to allow it to adhere to the printed pattern, then shake off any excess powder. Step 3: Place the powder-coated film into an oven and bake until the powder fully melts. Recommended parameters: Temperature 266°F - 320°F (130°C - 160°C), Time 120 seconds - 300 seconds (2 - 5 minutes). Step 4: Lay the processed film flat onto the garment to be printed, with the pattern side down. Use a heat press for pressing. Temperature: 302°F - 329°F (150°C - 165°C), Time: 10 seconds - 15 seconds. Step 5: Slowly peel off the film from any corner.
