The Giraffe Tools Hose Reel Cart is an industrial-grade hose reel with a capacity of 250 feet of 5/8-inch hose. The HC03B model is updated from the HLHC03B and has a pre-installed hose guide system that makes installation easy. The tires are solid plastic, which some customers find cheap. The reel has a short feeder hose with standard garden hose couplings that can be replaced. The package comes with a 5ft leader hose with a female to female connector. According to one customer, the reel bearings are smaller than the crank handle and it took them two hours to make it work. Despite being one of the more expensive reel carts, some customers find that the hose winding mechanism is cheaply made and the belt breaks easily under strain. However, others find it easy to move around and useful in storing their hose. The product is not heavy-duty as described by the manufacturer, and the hose moves around and is difficult to wind up without crimping. The product has received mixed reviews from customers.
