Flaxseed contains the omega-3 fatty acid, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), fiber and plant lignans. It is best to take Nopalina daily with plenty of water. Both women and men can use Nopalina, and it comes in powder in chocolate and pineapple flavor and capsules. HOW TO TAKE NOPALINA? You can take NOPALINA twice a day at any time. However, for best results, NOPALINA is recommended before breakfast and before dinner. You can mix one scoop (15 g) of NOPALINA in 8 oz. of water, juice, milk, smoothie, yogurt or any other drink!
