    Answer: These canvas pads do have a bit of texture and are a bit toothy. I feel it will effect ink. You should try bristol board that has no texture to it.

    Answer: Yes it does work well with oil pastels.

    Answer: It has a tooth similar to linen, does not buckle, does not need to be stretched. You may want to glue it to foam core or hardboard to make it rigid.

    Answer: You can use any marker with it. You can achieve watercolor effects with non permanent markers. It does fold.

    Answer: I believe it is but it is not a very good canvas. I had trouble getting the paint to spread. Spend the money and get good canvases.
