How long does it last per each charge?
Answer: In a closed space like a gun case or cabinet it can last up to 6 months. -

Just received; the manual and box says 600w for 5 mins to microwave. the back of the actual product says 600watts for 6 mins. correct time?
Answer: I found that 6 minutes works better. -

Answer: My microwave is 1200 watts so I’m sure an 1100 watt will do just fine. -

What is the total area of coverage? Example 48 guns gun safe.
Answer: I have 4 of them in a 64 gun safe in a unheated garage and they work great. I recharge them about every 4 to 6 weeks. Love them. -

Would I need 1 or 2 of these for a 24 Gun safe?
Answer: Depends on the size of your safe. We have a large safe and use 2. (Size of the safe is approx. 4+ft wide x 6 ft height x 2 ft depth.) -

How well does this perform in high humidity climates?
Answer: They work well here in western Washington but I think the main difference would be that you may have to dry them out far more frequently as indicated by the blue dot turning pink. They have to be dried in the microwave which may take several cycles if you let them get too saturated. -
Question:
How long do you microwave with an 1100 microwave?
Answer: The instructions say five (5) minutes at 600. Can you not reduce your power to approximately one-half of the 1100 watts? If so, I would do that and recharge for five minutes. -

Answer: I don’t know. I have only had them a couple of weeks.
