They appreciate the convenience of not having to climb a ladder to charge the camera. Another customer mentioned that the product arrived as promised and seems to be a good item, although they have not yet installed it. However, there are a few concerns raised by customers as well. One customer mentioned that the USB-C cable provided with the solar panel is too short, making it impossible to charge their phone. Another customer mentioned that they received the product with proper protection, but there was a lack of instructions regarding the ideal positioning for optimal sun exposure. They wondered if the device would still work in areas with inadequate sunlight. One customer also mentioned that they have to frequently remove the solar panel to charge it using a power outlet, suggesting that having an outdoor wall socket would be beneficial. In summary, the EZVIZ Solar Charging Panel is generally well-received by customers who appreciate its efficiency in keeping batteries charged. However, there are some concerns raised regarding the length of the USB-C cable, lack of positioning instructions, and the need to frequently remove the solar panel for recharging purposes.
