It appears to be a solid product, as it is made of threaded pipe, which should hold a lot of clothes or anything that you want to hang on it. However, customers had various issues as some found two of the wall mounts to be missing; the clothes fell within 10 minutes of being hung up, and the bars snapped. For closets with heavy clothes, the entire thing pulled off the wall, and customers had to use something separate to hold it onto the wall correctly. Additionally, the included screws are useless and are difficult to install. The product is best suitable for use by mounting it to the wooden planks instead of drywall. The product comes with anchors and screws to provide sturdiness.
