Schar Hamburger Buns are certified gluten-free, contain no GMOs, lactose, wheat or preservatives. They come in a pack of four and have a shelf-life that can survive shipping. Although they can be eaten straight out of the package, they are better when baked. These buns are slightly smaller than regular buns but larger than slider buns. According to reviews, these buns are expensive, taste bland, and are small. Several customers received expired buns and experienced inConsistent quality across orders, with some even having mold on the bottom. However, some positive reviews claim that these buns are the best gluten-free buns they have ever tasted.
