The product seemed to have disappointed some of its customers as it did not meet its advertised specifications. One customer, for instance, implied that the product did not work well in their 90 sq. meter apartment. Another customer pointed out that the advertised wifi speed of 300mb and 867mb was not accurate as they only experienced up to 100mb. However, the customer realised later on that this was due to the product's limitation and that the only way to connect it was through a cable. Overall, the product received mixed reviews from its customers with some being disappointed with its performance while others were satisfied.
