The VEVOR 2200W Commercial Soft Ice Cream Machine offers the ability to create 3 different flavors and produces 5.3 to 7.4 gallons of ice cream per hour with pre-cooling at night and automatic cleaning. Unfortunately, customer experience with this product has been less than ideal. Many have reported problems with the machine breaking after only a short time, and customer service from Vevor has been poor. Additionally, some features advertised on the display panel are not present on the machine, and the manual conflicts with the model provided. There have also been issues with the machine not being able to keep ice cream mix cool enough before it enters the freezer. When it works, the taste of the ice cream is good, but the slow output means there are frequent waits for the ice cream to harden before continuing. Overall, this model seems best avoided.
