The actual dimensions of the net were larger than what was advertised (22x40). The net seems to have a durable weave and is very stretchy. However, in the case of a mid-winter swim without the net, cleaning up debris from the pool water was extensive. The product comes with grommets around the exterior of the cover and straps to hold water bags. Some customers have commended the product for being able to leave their pool open during winter and using this net for years to trap leaves while others have lamented that junk got through the net and that they would have preferred a cover instead.
