The YES Bars are a delicious and healthy snack that can even be substituted as a meal replacement. Available in six different flavours, YES Bars are made up of natural nuts, seeds, and healthy fats. The texture of the bars is similar to that of a cliff bar, and the ingredients are not pureed into one solid mass. The dark chocolate chip flavour is our favourite, and if you're unsure which flavour to try, the sampler pack that includes one of each flavour will be available in mid-May. Unfortunately, the bars are not Whole30 friendly as they contain maple syrup. Though freezing the bars is not recommended, they are best enjoyed at room temperature or chilled.
