The LED Neon Open Sign is a great addition to any business, store, coffee shop or hotel. The 16"x 9" sign is bright and compact, making it easy to hang and display. It's made of silicone material, which makes the letters bright and beautiful. The sign is weatherproof and can be used outside but it's recommended to be installed under the outdoor eaves to ensure the service life isn't affected. The hanging chain of the sign board is approximately 3.28ft and is easy to install. The input voltage of the led power supply is 100-240V which means it can work on 220v or 110v. The sign is very bright and brighter than what most customers expect which is a plus. The sign package comes with all accessories needed and can't stand on table by itself. Unfortunately, the neon letters fell off after a year in some instances and the prongs on the plug got stuck in the outlet for others. In one review, the product lasted for only 6 months. However, in all these instances, customers reached out the seller and got a replacement or refund.
