The Protec IPAC TRIPLE TRUMPET CASE WITH WHEELS is a great case for trumpet players looking for a case that can accommodate different trumpet models and other accessories. The case is easily configurable with ample separators, foam supports, and mouthpiece pouches that can be customized in whatever way works best for your needs. The case is slightly larger than a carry-on luggage case, but still reasonable for most people, especially those not planning to take it on flights. It is lightweight for its size, but can get heavy when it is fully loaded. There are no backpack straps included in the package, but they can be purchased separately. The case is durable and includes several (plenty) of little foam blocks to prop up the horns and keep them from butting against the lid when closed. The wheels and pull handle are strong, and it includes a shoulder strap, though some users have found it more comfortable to use it as a backpack. The front pouch is quite big and can hold a full-sized folder with all your big band charts, along with other music books into the folder, an iPad, and page turner.
