Made from high-quality ceramic, it features a square shape in white color that enhances the overall look and feel of the item. The set includes a plate, fork and a container that can hold the salt for the rim. Using the set is easy, simply cut a slice of lime and rub it around the rim of a margarita glass. Next, rub another slice of lime around the circle in the plate and add the kosher salt to the lime wet circle so that the salt adheres to the rim of the margarita glass. Even though it is designed for margaritas, it could work for Micheladas as well. The inside measures 5” x 5” so even if the glass is larger than this measurement you can angle it and dip all sides in. However, the fork that comes with the plate may not be useful for this purpose. The item is dishwasher and microwave safe and can be used for many years.
