One downside is the accompanying PaperPort software, which some customers criticized as not recognizing Windows folders, and a significant number described it as useless garbage. However, the scanner's compatibility with Adobe PhotoShop works great, and customers commended the color rendition, versatility, and moderate speediness. Some customers, on the other hand, expressed that although the quality of the scans was excellent, their device stopped working after about two and a half years, which is disappointing.
