It comes with an ice pack that will keep milk cold all day long. The design, functionality, and quality of this cooler are top-notch. It can hold two 9oz Avent Natural bottles with the ice pack, making it a great size for smaller bottles. However, it doesn't fit 8oz Dr. Brown's or Munchkin Latch bottles due to its height. The cooler is not insulated, so it's best to let your milk sit at room temperature for a while before placing it in the cooler to preserve the ice pack's life. It is worth noting that the cooler is not machine washable and should be spot cleaned.
