- INDUSTRIAL PHENOLIC + ALUMINUM CORE - This 3.15" (80mm) Ultimate handwheel is compression-molded from high-density thermosetting phenolic resin for superior heat resistance (up to 400F / 200C) and glass-hard rigidity that ordinary ABS or nylon hand wheels cannot match. The central hub is reinforced with a solid AL6061 aluminum core so the wheel spins true and wobble-free under heavy industrial torque - year after year, indoors or in humid workshop, marine and outdoor environments.
- SECURE 3-POINT LOCKING SYSTEM - Instead of one weak set screw, three set screws are spaced around the hub to triangulate their grip on the shaft. This locks the wheel rock-solid onto a 1/2" (12.7mm) round, D-shaped or square shaft and stops the slipping, rattling and backlash that ruin precise depth and height settings during high-torque cranking on saws, presses, lathes and mills.
- ERGONOMIC REVOLVING GRIP - A smooth, free-spinning revolving handle of high-impact PA6 nylon cuts hand fatigue during repetitive cranking and fine adjustment. The handle threads into a corrosion-resistant brass insert molded into the wheel rim, so the grip never strips out or seizes like riveted plastic handles - it keeps turning freely through years of daily shop use and is field-replaceable if ever needed.
- VERSATILE MACHINERY REPLACEMENT - A direct aftermarket crank for worn handwheels on table saw fence and blade-height systems, drill press quill feeds, wood and metal lathe tailstocks, milling machine vises, band saws, surface grinders and bending or slotting machines that use a standard 1/2" (12.7mm) shaft. Restore smooth, accurate, professional control to both vintage and modern equipment.
