"An Exposition on the Eight Extraordinary Vessels: Acupuncture, Alchemy, and Herbal Medicine" is a comprehensive resource for TCM practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of the eight extraordinary vessels. It offers a clear and detailed exploration of these vessels, providing essential information for clinical applications. The translation of the text is excellent, making it accessible to a wide range of readers. The book is particularly valuable for those already familiar with the eight vessels and looking to incorporate them into their private practices. The author, Dr. Steven Juenke, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the subject matter. However, some reviewers have expressed a desire for a more practical clinical approach in the book. Despite this criticism, the book is still Considered a valuable addition to any TCM practitioner's library. Overall, "An Exposition on the Eight Extraordinary Vessels" is a recommended read for TCM practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the eight extraordinary vessels and incorporate them into their clinical practice.
