Empire Comfort Systems Factory OEM Heater Blower Fan Kit DVB-1 is an excellent buy for a thirty-year-old heater. It works great and is very quiet. The furnace was exactly the same as the original that was 25 years old. The installation directions were a little opaque, and the fan is not silent, but it blows air and heat very well. The blower is an add-on to an Empire 15,000 BTU wall furnace, and it makes a huge difference in the comfort level. The heater heats a room much faster and much quieter than before. If you install an Empire DV 210 or 215, you should get the optional blower.
