The GEARWRENCH 12 Drive 120XP Locking Flex Head Ratchet with Full Polish Grip - 81374 is a solid update to GEARWRENCH's ratchet lineup. The flex head locking mechanism is excellent, and the swivel locking button is easy to actuate. The ratchet teeth are smooth and have very little backdrag when properly lubricated. The tool has a nicely machined and chrome-plated internal finish. Some customers received a used 1/4 ratchet even though the product description said it was new. This issue needs to be addressed by the company promptly. However, those who received new ratchets were happy with their purchase, especially those who got it on sale.
