    Answer: I strain the oil through kitchen paper when cold, then put it back into the bottle & into the fridge.

    Answer: I can only imagine that the muffin you refer to on the front of the appliance refers to frying a donut. It only holds 0.6 ltrs. minimum & 0.7 ltrs. maximum. There is no mention of baking in the user manual. Good luck.
