Is this suitable for high-speed transfer?
Answer: No, the 10K pullups make the interface slightly more sluggish. For high-speed transfer, we recommend considering the TXB0108 or 74LVC245. -

Answer: Mine measured 20.7x15.3mm rounded to the nearest 0.1mm.
