Is the transformer easy to install?
Answer: Yes, the transformer has an easy connect terminal blocks and comes with a three-foot, 3-wire 12-3 SJTW cord. -
Question:
Is the transformer safe for outdoor use?
Answer: Yes, the transformer is UL rated for wet locations and can be used with submersible fixtures. -
Question:
Do all the lights run off of this transformer use a single wire, or does it have more than one terminal for 2-plus strings?
Answer: Single terminal for single wire. Two separate wire strands can also be used. -
Question:
Will I get voltage drop on a 20ft wire powering 4 lamps totalling 20 watts?
Answer: Not enough to measure unless you have precision laboratory equipment. There will not be a problem with this. Wire should be 14 gauge or bigger. -
Question:
I want to plug submersible halogen light into this transformer. Is the transformer wire end one or two prongs for which to plug in the lights?
Answer: The wire end is terminals not a plug in, but both wires connect to transformer. -

What is the minimum distance from photo cell must the first light be installed
Answer: Approximately three feet. There is no minimum distance. -
