I only got one box. They didn’t send the other box. Where’s my other box?
Answer: I received two separate tracking numbers for each box from the distributor when I placed my order and was told that sometimes the boxes were separated during transit. -

What are the package/shipping dimensions?
Answer: The dimensions are misleading. The 77 inches includes the armrest (unfolded). So without the armrest, it is pretty small.
