It has a 1/4" male flare fitting and requires a 1/2" male acme thread adapter to work with R134a manifold gauges. This is a great little vacuum pump that is much cheaper than anything from a science supply company. It works well in applications such as physics experiments with a dessicator chamber or as part of an isopropyl alcohol vacuum filtration apparatus.
